Nice reflections Amy. Can you tell us more about the buckwheat oat cherry seed bread? The slice looks amazing!

It was made with a buckwheat levain, and oatmeal and buckwheat flour. There are some Chia seeds and flaxseeds in there, and Brennen has a non-sourdough buckwheat banana bread recipe on the blog I linked that has a bit of similarity to this recipe. I’ll ask him if he plans to share this recipe on that site and let you know.
